Pokemon Pen Doodle 5- Evil Dr. Hezikiah J. Squirtle
So... yeah... just... ugh...
This was SUPPOSED to be squirtle, and then I made the legs too long, and I made him look angry, and I messed up on the arms so I had to put them in that position. Then, at that point I decided he was an evil scientist, hence the mustache, monocle, and dark eyebrows. From there I decided he needed a top hat, which ended up looking like a pilgrim hat/ flower pot, hence the name Hezakiah. Don't pelt me with stones please....
