This is a simple doodle of
bluedragon62's Kouryuu, having just caught a mighty big fish and being very proud of it. His eyes are closed, by the way - I had no reason to believe that the eyelids would be the same color as the frill along the back. Call it artistic license... or just a desire to make the eyes stand out.
