There will *maybe* be a sequel. It kind of depends. I'm actually back to working on To Light a Candle right now, and there's a few other things on the table before I get back to this, but I have some ideas. (I might have to play through Link to the Past first as well, if you can't tell that's when I'm thinking of putting the next tale.)
Anyway, it's been fun.

(not to be a stuckup nerd or anything, but have you seen the hyrule historia timeline? technicly for the branch with lttp, link has to fail oot. not that i mind your version im just kinda ocd and wired that way)

Really wonderful work. :) You did a really great job with this and I've enjoyed it immensely! The ending certainly has bittersweet elements, but I don't feel I can say it strikes me as what I'd call 'sad.' Moving definitely, but... death is part of how things go, something all lovers have to face eventually. But they had a lifetime together, I can only assume a rich one filled with adventure and love, and at the end of it Dark was still left with a purpose, a reason to go on and still give to the one he loved. I don't know how one could ask for more than that. :)
