It's a camp filled entirely with rambunctious gay twinks. They must all sleep in the same bed or be 'punished'.

Due to government cuts, the entire country has adopted a bed-swapping program so that people could use their over-abundance of cheap mattresses on top shared four-poster frames.

On many nights, the temperatures plummet to -100 degrees Celsius. To survive, all members of the public leech body heat from their 'bed-side buddy'. Sadly, this vampiric practice may leave one partner frozen stiff come morning.

Nah, I've always used quilt too=3 Must be a regional thing, but I always saw blanket as something thinner and fleece-like that went between the quilt and the bed sheet on a bed spread.

Speaking of quilt synonyms, though, that I'm personally getting used to the term Comforter. It seems to be a term that's replaced "quilt" in recent years. (Sorta in the same way that "Plush" has replaced "stuffed animals.") It always gives me pause to remember exactly what a comforter is. In my mind, a comforter elicits the idea of some sorta hygienic futon mattress, instead of a quilt for some reasonXD

I know comforter as the super thin sheet that is between the blanket and bed itself. But yes it's probably a regional thing :)

The dilemma is, do you let him keep it, or do you take it back? Do you love him enough to suffer being cold, while he stays warm as he sleeps? Or do you go to the closet to get another quilt for yourself?
