Little belated birthday picture I've drawn for my buddy  rugalb98

I haven't drawn any game-related Pokemorphs for a LONG while now, so here's Kim Kap Hwan (drawn as Lucario) and Choi Bounge (drawn as a Weavile).

I got the idea to draw this picture after Rugal sent me a link to Choi's song from the King of Fighters series. For a while I see Choi as a Weavile due to his murderous nature and his Freddy Kreuger-like claws. Being a fighting-type Pokemon, you bet that Kim will use his super-effective moves to rehabilitate him.
