It's all about convenience and supply and demand. No more personal touches. But it is worth it when you find those little places that still have that homemade feel and craftsmanship for a little more. Especially when you know that it isn't made on the other side of the earth and cost the supplier .10 to make and jacked the price for the consumer up to 20.00..
