Okay, I'll do it as a set of points:
Body - this looks to be done from a photographic reference but freehand, rather than traced. The line of the legs and arm is excellent, but the twist to the abdominals and the centre line of the chest is a little off, there needs to be more depth and a little more attention paid on the chest to the subtle horizontal shading of the pectoral muscles. Overall excellent work, and suitably shaded.
Head - I can see it's supposed to be a tiger but it looks too shallow top to bottom. Tigers have very square muzzles to look at and the chin is generally quite deep. The eyes are too high in the head, they should sit lower down, nearer the nose for a face-on view.
Ears - if these are supposed to be realistic tiger ears, they're too big. However, if they're supposed to be that size they look fine, I know characters - my own included - with over sized ears.
I especially like the work you've done on the upper arm & shoulder and the leg up to the waist, those two elements really stand out as being right.
