Twitch generally loves things big, fast and powerful. Except for cars which she just likes fast and powerful. This is her current ride; it is effectively a race car that has had turn signals, brake lights and some token gesture of a muffler put on to squeak in as street-legal. Twitch had to go through all kinds of legal wrangling to get it imported but now its hers! Its a size class of vehicle that does not exist in our world, being built for folks that are usually no more than 5' tall.

Yes and no. Where as a Kei car in our universe exists to exploit certain loopholes in motor vehicle law or to address urban density/ parking issues; this car exists because there is a large enough population of consumers who are just too small for many "average" vehicles. Therefore these are not cars that people over 5' tall are going to have a chance to fit into. The driving compartment is too smal. Unlike say a Smart which will transport two 6' tall adults ok. Finally this car was not design originally for the street but the track. Later someone figured out how to hang just required stuff on it so Officer Friendly couldn't just impound it the first time he saw it!
Hee,hee! That's good. What it is not an antenna but a pennant pole wear light flag can mounted to increase visibility to other motorist. In the same way some bicyclist will have a flag on their bike. Since many of these vehicles have very low silohouette, Twitch's car is only about 3'ft tall, the tall mounted flag gives other motorists in larger vehicles a chance of spotting them in traffic, or pedesterians a hope of spotting them as walk through a parking lot. At night the poles usually now by law have a small LED light up there for nighttime visibilty.
In more extreme cases you'll find some of the car clubs bearing large almost sashimono-style flags! Think Japanese motorcycle gangs and you get the picture!
