I don't think so, I'm not really sure about how the 68k TI's work, but in mine the program hooks the boot entrypoint to display the picture stored in the apps memory, and then gives back the control to the calculator's kernel after 2 seconds. I didn't see any programs to do that on the 200 Voyage / 92.
