And that's actually something I'm working on. I'm a bit of a novice guitarist as well so I'm trying to come up with a guitar track in place of vocals. That, or I might come up with some vocals.

Quite a brash piece, with a rather decent melody and a progression that's not unpleasant to listen to. Like the breakdown to the bass and rebuild during the second half of the track, certainly kept things interesting. A fair bit of raw potential in this, certainly a good grasp of constructing a melody. For a first composition, this is a pretty good start, all I can really say is to keep up the practice, experiment a little with effects and instrumentation, perhaps work on the sound of the percussion a bit to try and make it sound a bit more natural, and less flat and uniform. Promising track, like it. :)
