On a sidenote, I can't imagine Rarity actually using a diaper, maybe wearing for fun, yes. Using it, no.
For my padded pony headcanon, Twilight Sparkle has serious problems with bladder and bowel control due to the extreme amount of magic surging through her body. Which explains why she wears diapers.
