Soong title by Bowie and picture by me. Inspired by his look in the video, co-starring Trent Reznor of NIN, and still isn't done. I'm going to shade in the bald eagle's feathers and add detail to the flag then colour the whole thing. Other than that, the expression was as I imagined and worth that effort.
