Just as Nexus and Becky got together, in the Negaverse both Nega Becky and Void formed a partnership.
Nega Becky is the dominant soul and Void her willing servant, willing to do anything, even die, to protect his mistress.
This was a pretty big project. Dunno why though o.o
I suppose part of the issue was inking and colouring two seperate characters. Overall this probably took me over 12 hours to complete from ink to finale. Transfering the bloom layers and alighning everything, plus getting all the layers in the right place to get the effect I was after was a real chore, but totally worth it, I feel.
I like how Becky's hair came out, I gotta say XD
Definitely a technique that works, I think.

You know how much I wanted to see this coloured love, so I'm really over the moon about this.
You know what i really like most? The shading on the white, mainly in her eyes. It looks amazing. Oh, and the shine from her boots too. You really out did yourself on this one. 12 Hours well spent T.T

Void, don't recall ever seeing him. And twelve hours for a picture? I knew this would take quite a while but half a day honestly seems shocking. xD Of course, it seems every minute of it brought great detail to this lovely piece. Perhaps we shall see a story of these two? Great job, Nexus. <:

I started off borrowing heavilly from someone else's colour style and a few years later they're completely different. The thing is, borrowing someone else's style gives you the base to learn what works and what doesn't as well as how you can do tricks and things within photoshop, or whichever program you wish to use. From there you can branch out and develope your own style.
Eventually you'll make your own tutorial and the cycle will begin again =3

I find it very lovely colored, Beckys hair came out so great. I also like what you done with the eyes and it has certainly gone a level up, they look greater than ever! Thought *pokes your sides* Would like to see you do more with the outfits as well, I think you can make it look better too.

The colouring really looks like the moonlight is shining throught he tress and catchign the too very nicely and Becky draws the female porpotion of sonic girls so well <3

The first word that sprang to mind was "awesome", but that doesn't quite do this picture justice. T_T The lighting effect lends these two a beautifully soft (almost peaceful) glow, and I really like how you picked out brighter pings of light in their eyes. All that makes these two look kinda mysterious, which is fitting, I assume. I like how you kept the colours quite dark; not only fitting the dark background, but emphasising the light reflections further. It's a good thing you chose to stick with this; the result is mind-bogglingly supoib. [:

The effect for the highlighting was fairly simple. I placed a rendered clouds layer on top of all the layers, changed the layer option and opacity, then placed the highlight layer on top of that.
