Ooh I love this Glow! :D Very very much and it warms my heart up cause I'm touched at how much you put into this artwork for me and her! You did a awsome job at my fursona and my mate's fursona, I love our expressions too. :3 Thank you soo much Glow! ^w^

Aww thanks! I drew hours straight through while doing this! I wanted it to be really awesome! I tried really hard and the background just came to me! I was thinking of doing a pic at night since your sona glows but, then I thought, "Ya know? I bet even in the light she would make an awesome glow! and I don't see any pics with a morning background so lets try this!" Also I thought it would be nice to add that heart cloud in the background! ^w^
Also, as ya know, I use paint tool sai so, for the fur effect, make a brush(Pencil)
min size: 0
density: 82
then go to the advance settings
quality: smoothest
then you should see "Press:" at the bottom and size should already be checked then check mark dens
then all the other 4 should in between quality and press be preset if not it should be

Now to use it to make the fur effect I used 3 colors, the base color, darker color, and darkest color or a color darker then the "darker color". I had the base color already out flat at you can see then I make my fur effect layer on top of my lineart layer and use the "darkest color" to make kinda a > shape for the fur. Then I used what I called the "Darker color" and just kinda lined inside the > of the darkest color and on the edge of it. then I outlined it with the base color to make it sharp so to speak, then on edges on the the "end of the fur" lets use where I made the fur effect of your mates scruff as an example, I erased blunt fur edges to sharpen the tips to a point! :3 then your done!
If you still have trouble then I'll try to help be making a vid or live stream! Or a pic explaining how to do it! ^^

Oh your very much welcome! ^w^ Yes my fursona is ether good in night or day so it doesn't really matter what setting it's in! :3 Yes that was a cute touch to the artwork and I thank you for making it super special. :) *huggles*
