I work with the age range of 2-12 at my job, and I am one of the school age counselors, so that puts me with the 5 to 10 year olds [10 since we have no 12 year olds] and one of the things that I wanted to do was incorporate painting. I got the canvases from Jerry's Artarama and this is my example. our theme this week is birds, so I painted my bird to show them what i'm sort of looking for. I'm not the most artistic with paints like almost everyone else that i know, but here's my flamingo swan thingie.
