I often see people use this particular starry brush, but there are many many more out there. You could try downloading some and see how they work. Variation is always good.

There are myriads of them. You can google for all kindsa different photoshop brushes. There are many available in DA, too.

Just download the pack, save it to your Photoshop folder (presets -> brushes) and when you launch the program go to brushes -> load brushes and choose the file you just downloaded. You can also make any kind of brushes of your own. It's very easy. =)

I often make brushes by converting photos into greyscale and tweaking the darken/lighten levels until I get shapes that I like.
