This is a special plastic called Kobra Cast; bought from an international retailer. We had a customer request one of their masks to be made in that plastic because it's supposedly stronger than normal resin, and they do LARP and such with it so wanted it to be able to stand up to some beating. These masks take twice as long to make as normal resin blanks, so IF we end up offering them in the future, they will definitely be more expensive.
