I like to know things of other countries and places; especially, the farthest and hardest to know. Asian culture is one of the cultures that catches my attention the most, and easily. But I think i'm not the only one who's like that, isn't it? =P

By the way, where that idea came from? You say "I went to Taiwan" like it was next your house. @___@'

Yup, he is. He just happened to be on taipei for a business meeting and had free time during lunchtime, so other furs managed to go to some place together to have lunch.

In fact I started studying Japanese in 2008 because I had no idea what to do of my life, and as I play video games way too much and because that language sounded so badass, and my mom talked me into studying Chinese at the same time because it was an occasion I shouldn't let go, because her father was Chinese...
In the end I ended up dropping Japanese because the Japanese lessons of my university was kind of a chaos, and all the students that were in the japanese classes weren't serious and were all there because they wanted to be able to read their mangas and watch their animes without needed translations, so I the atmosphere of the classes also was wierd.

So I ended up dropping japanese and thinking about teaching Chinese in the future...

Next year if everything is going alright I'll get my licence, and starting of the 3rd year I could ask for a scholarship to go and study to China or Taiwan.
All of te other students asked for China, and I thought I would get bored in China (no video games, censored internet and movies, etc), and would get more chance to be picked up to go in Taiwan.
And...it happened, so here I am for July/August in Taiwan. And Taiwan furs are awesome :3

Taiwan furs seems to be awesome in fact, given how many great artists are there. Funny how i'm finding these people so easily around here though. I thought I would meet a lot of USA furs instead. XD

I want so much to learn japanese. But, just for the sake of learning is hard; even chinese is becoming more requested than japanese around here where I live.
But anyway, by the looks of it, it seems you were able to talk with Scott with no problem. Dammit... TwT I'll get his autograph someday too!!

Yup, in France they also look for people who know Chinese in big cities. And yeah, I'm there until August :3
And when knowing Chinese you can guess a bit of a japanese text but nothing more unfortunately...
