His concept art and game sprite use to make me hate him, but after watching a few episodes of Best Wishes and seeing how other artists portrayed this guy, I've grown a soft spot for him (Plus he's an otter, I was bound to like him anyway! :D)

Not to mention Dewott is probably my fave pokemon from Gen V.

I also lol'd that you watch the pokemon anime.

That show was never any good. Even when I watched it at a young age I knew it wasn't any good but I watched it anyway because pokemon. XD
