Looks like this WILL be available by Anthrocon. Aside from a typo here and there which will (sooner or later) be corrected, I'm very pleased with how the books came out. It's a pretty special feeling to hold a professional-grade object of your own design, comparable to that of the animation CD-ROM I produced thru Amiga Library Services back in 1995.
Oh,and to answer some questions, the book is hardcover, 164 pages (B&W interior), covering the first ten years of Sabrina Online comic strips, along with 'Sabrina at See-CAD' and several of the special features and art pieces from previous collection booklets. Price is set at about $25 (possibly subject to change)
If all goes well, I'll see you at Anthrocon!

I just got my copy from UP in the mail last week. :)
It's pretty sweet - the only bigger issue that I noticed was that in the Year 9 section (I'd give a page number, but the pages aren't numbered), strip 342 has been replaced with a duplicate of strip 242. Oh, and the art piece by Chen, Daremo-Long (in the lower left) on the art page immediately preceding the art spotlight on Ken Singshow is cut-off; it's more obvious because Amy's line got chopped in half.

I noticed the clipping on Chen's artwork, but didn't catch the misplaced strip, so thanks for pointing that out. I'll work to get these (and things like Max Blackrabbit misspelled as "Maz") corrected for any future print runs. After some of the printer errors from earlier collections, I'm happy the errors in this book are small and relatively inconsequential (even the mixed-up strip was a non-story April Fools' item)

I'm thinking about ordering the book soon myself-I plan for it to be my very first online order. (totally excited about it, by the way!) Now for those of you who have the book, which site do you think would be best to order it from? I was thinking mostly Amazon myself, but I'd like to have some feedback about that :3
