For my thesis project in my last semester in the graphic design program, I chose to create/write/draw a one shot graphic novel. I thought I might save myself a little time by working on a myth with pre-established characters, but it was exceedingly hard to find much solid information on the version of Medusa's story I wanted to illustrate. Plus, ALL THOSE SNAKES! So far it's been a huge undertaking, but I have the cover, 2 character turnarounds, the story, and the last page completed. The rest is still in the sketch phase, but I plan on working it to completion in my free time.
