Very happy and cheerful, I like it. It would make for a great sitcom opening theme. I imagine someone walking down the street with this playing, greeting people and general activities. When the music ends, they do a goofy smile towards the camera, becoming a still pic with the words "Starring (insert name here)" appearing before it fades out.
