I feel that this truly captures the tragic aspects of Buwaro perfectly. No matter how hard he tries to escape it, his demonic heritage combined with his inability to remain sane without a Star pendant will always be apart of him.
And as dense as he can be, I'm pretty sure he's well aware that even his friends are in danger if he ever should lose his pendant.

I can't find the words for how this one makes me feel. I actually think this shows a very human, very well-concealed aspect of Buwaro. His biological parents died before he ever knew them, he was abandoned by the makeshift family Darius brought together, and spent most of his childhood alone, with little interaction with other demons. Before he's put in charge of Rhea, his only 'friend' is a rock. Oh, listen to me, I sound like I'm talking about the Mother games! Very cool pic!
Lets see... His birth parents are dead, he spent the first year of his life in a coma, his foster father "died", he was abandoned by his older siblings, he spent a decade as a "Wild Child" before "Death" and his siblings found him back, his sister died getting him to the mortal realm, his brother is turning into a "Rank and File" demon, and his girlfriend's entire family tree would like nothing more than to see him become a chalk line on the sidewalk. I'd wouldn't be surprised if the boy had more issues than National Geographic.
All very good points even with all that he's always been happy go lucky.
Still he didn't even remember his adopted father and never met his bio parents so those probably don't bother him as much as when he and Rhea fought in hell.
He hasn't met his girlfriend's family either though he has kind of learned how angels can be she seems to love him without regard of him being a demon.
His best friend isn't afraid of him to the point of teasing him but he's learned to tease her back as well. The only thing that i think really hit him hard and recently was when his sister died. it seems that she may have left a part of her in her amulet though according to that dream he head the first night he wore it though.
i don't think he knows about his brother yet either. last he saw he was raging after having be woken up after a bender. before that it was the drunken fun loving brother that he may have not remembered from his past.
