Matron Banks is perhaps one of the oldest recurring characters in the story I'm writing. She is remembered for being the first mouse police officer (or rather, the first officer to actually like her job enough to stay in it for life.)
This is also one of my earliest drawings of mouse characters (the file is dated June 4, 2010) I drew it mainly so I wouldn't forget what the character was like when I finally got around to writing the story. I'm uploading it today because I feel kind of bad for not having uploaded anything for a while.
