*A Unique Accessory (Weapon, Necklace, etc etc)
*Has to be a Chu. (Colors can be changed, can have different markings, overall body structure needs to remain the same, no extra body parts. Only Pikachu, Raichu and Pichu.)
*Picture needs to have Personality/Emotional Value.
I tried to be creatove here and try something new...I wont win I am sure of it
