That is an African Grey, a species of parrot, surprisingly intelligent.

Awesome shot of a beautiful bird! :) Heh, looks like this Gray's about to fall asleep, too--very relaxed.

This is actually the Congo variety of the African Gray parrot (the other type is the Timneh, which is a bit smaller, darker gray, a wine-colored tail, and a beige and black beak instead of solid black). They can easily live to be 60+ and are one of the best talkers of the parrot family (I lost track long ago of all the words and phrases my gray says, not to mention the songs she knows). And there's my trivia contribution, ha.
