This delightful pork dish is from the kitchens of

Oh well, oughta get used to it
Now here is my easy recipe for a dish of a ultra-dupah-BBQ-style-porkyness-steak ( ai hop is su-pel-lid rai :D )
-What chu need:
+ 3 pork steak slice, you know, pork that cutted like a steak slice.
+ Galric 1 ea
+ Sugar
+ Salt
+ Soy Sauce
+ 2 super spicy chili ( cancelable if you can't stand the heat :3 )
-How does it made:
1: Peel the galric, smash it and choped to little bit, put in a bow .
2: Add sliced chilies, salt and sugar ( this is when your estimate skill shine, season them evenly, but don't add too much, since there will be also soy sauce coming )
3: Add three teaspoon of soy sauce, a drop of olive oil and sesame oil ( you can add more or less, depend on the number/weight/stuff of them meats )
4: Mix them well ! Then give it a little taste, if you can sense all the moderate salty, slighty sweet with a touchy heat of spicy, you are success!! ♥
5: Pour that Thingy on the meat ( smashed suggested, it will tender the meat, also make the season being absorbed better ) Mix them with your hygienetically washed hand, and leave it for about 30min ( The more, the better, but it shouldn't be too long :3 )
6: Get your Pan/Grill/Grill Pan ready! And cooked them until they got well cooked, with a heavenly colors, and got a mouthwatering scent !!
