Commission for rooth of his lovely white dragon being a badass desert mage at dusk in the white sand dunes. This got a lot more involved than I planned, but I'm glad for it. It was so much fun to work on! Originally Rooth commissioned me at my regular prices a long time ago, but paid to add hours to it, so I completed it sooner.

You've blown me away with this! It's everything I hoped for, and more. :) Every time I thought you were done, you went another mile. And I am super appreciative. I'll be sure to express that better the next time I see you. ^_^
What really made is piece extra special was getting the chance to 'collaborate' conceptually with you in person in the early stages. That was way cool, co-chatting in your steam, bouncing ideas back and forh, and being part of the evolution of the piece rather than just watching and typing.
Please accept my holycrapthisisinsanelyamazing. I look forward to seeing this prominently hosted on my wall. Not to mention my iPad, my desktop, and maybe my shirt. ;)

I'm so glad you like it! I was so excited to get to this commission, and now that the possibilities of glorious blue lighting are realized, I almost miss anticipating working on it. I will for sure have to use some of those discarded color thumbnails though!
It was cool having you over, I've never had someone actually HERE while I'm working on their piece. I'm sorry we didn't have something to open the wine though, so sad! Thanks for putting forth this amazing idea with the magic movement, it worked out very well, and better than the original idea!
