My final project for my beginning modeling class. This thing has been sitting around our house in this condition longer than I've been alive. After doing some research I found out what these "singing bird cage automatons" are and what they're worth in good condition *tear* but at least this one makes a good story piece. If I ever get the chance I'll put in more of the details, and I'd like to make the working parts inside too, the real one has a little bellows in there with the gears. When you wind it up it tweets like a bird and moves it head, beak and tail. I could even give it a simple rig and animate it, that would be so cool. But first I have to get a new computer that can handle Maya. :/
