That would be awesome. Whenever I try to imagine this character animated and stepping all dignified on the deck of his ship with his minuscule booted feet and little pipe I smile like a derp. XD And you know he'd have a crew composed entirely of weird fish and sea-anthros.
This is a wonderful piece, hahahaha. I love this guy's design, and the drawing is very well-done. Smooth and striking.
