Beaut breaky burger to baste the tastebuds and start the day from the kitchens of

To explain the name, think of a mesa rise as the sun crests it in the morning. :3
3 pounds bacon
- Sliced into ¼ by 1 inch strips (easiest if half frozen and don as a pound block of strips).
2 pounds ground breakfast sausage.
2 pounds ground Italian sausage.
3 green bell peppers
- Diced (get as close to cubes as you can).
1 large white onion
- Diced (get as close to cubes as you can).
3 teaspoons cayenne pepper.
2 teaspoons black pepper.
1 tablespoon kosher salt.
2 tablespoons “Tapatio” hot sauce.
5 tablespoons worstashire sauce.
12 ounces panko breadcrumbs.
4 tablespoons parsley.
2 teaspoons oregano.
3 teaspoons rosemary.
2 teaspoons basil.
Kneed by hand tell evenly distributed.
Form into thin 1/3 to 1/2 pound patties.
Grill on low heat (is a lot less grease in these than hamburger; watch out, because they burn easy).
Served on toasted wheat bun with over easy egg and swiss cheese.
