Simple and delicious is an understatement for this cheerful chocolate treat from the kitchens of
StripeKazama
Made this brownie dessert for my friends to have a little cozyness as to not feel sad about my mom not being alive.
It's a very easy dessert to make too.
Ingredients:
200 grams Dark chocolate (At least 72% cocoa)
200 grams butter
4 eggs
3 deciliter flour
4 deciliter sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
Vanilla Ice-cream
Chocolate Sauce
Raspberries
How to:
Brownies
1. Set the oven to 175 Celsius
2. Melt the butter and chocolate together and let it cool off a bit.
3. Pour the contents into a bowl of sorts, scrape off whatever of the mixture is left. Add the eggs, sugar, baking powder and flour and mix it into a nice batter.
4. Put baking paper into a cake dish of sorts and then put the mixture into it.
5. Set it to bake in the oven for 25 minutes. Take it out of the oven once done.
The dessert
1. Once the brownies have cooled off a bit, cut them into squares. Put two squares on a plate, add a scoop of ice-cream and pour over a chocolate sauce of own choice and then decorate it with raspberries.
Simple and delicious!
