You know, on this planet, at night, the ocean glows green?

Yeah, I've heard about that but can't remember what caused it. Was it a kind of jellyfish?

At first I was referring to the color of the ocean in your picture, and then  shadowkeeper mentioned a phenomenon on Earth, most like THIS or something similar to it. I always thought it to be more green... The cause is still under discussion, I just read.

Explain it to me then, please! I hate missing the point >.<

it is actuely a certain species of plankton that emits green light at for a brief parts of second, but in a swarm of planktons the light lives for longer while more of them do the same action
causing the hunting small fish to become prey to even bigger fishes, leaving most of the planktons alone

watched it one discovery episode and one of the guys in the crew moved his hand through a sample of the planktons in a tub and they emitted the light as a reflex

Aww, poor guy! Guess he didn't listen to his mother and eat his veggies as a child, eh?
Oh and I don't know why but I just noticed the shadows of the dragon rather prominently. I like them, good job!
