Damn, I love this one! Jayde for 
snowdrift, she's a Shiba Inu who happens to be a stripper and wears a lot of purple...I had a lot of fun with doing the lighting on this one...lots of glowy...she's probably at work right now XD Anyway, yay! She was really fun to do!

how'd you get that neon affect with the name? i need to attempt that. :P
the rest of the pic is really good. your style has come a long ways since we've last traded *cough hint cough* :P
The only thing though, unless this was on purpose, the nose strikes me as a bit large for this angle. o.o

About her nose, the nose is supposed to be in a heart shape in her character design so it's...shaped different than normal? So I suppose that's why it looks diff :P
And thanks, yea, I feel like I'm improving! And sure, I already told ya I'd trade with ya again when I start a new to do list :)
For the name, well, I colored it just plain pink, then I went to layer effects (when you've got the layer box up in photoshop, there's a little tiny button near the bottom of they layer box that is a picture of an f in a circle...clicking on that brings a drop down menu of layer effects). Then you click on outer glow. There, you can choose the size of the glow, and what color. For this one I chose a dark purple, but not as dark as the background. So that way it's lighter around, but the letters stand out more than the glow. I did the same thing for the character herself, except she also additionally has an inner glow layer effect. Her inner glow is a pink, while she has the same dark purple outer glow as the letters. I like things that glow :)
