Based off a dream I had last night.

I was in a house, that looked like a oversized dolls house, it only had 3 pieces of furniture in it, a bed, a bookshelf and a old chair that looked like something you would find at your grandparents house. Everything was old and brown except the chair, which was a pale green. Sitting on the chair was a dead golden retriever with a red collar. Despite it being dead it looked like it could spring to life at any moment. It was a strange feeling, looking at this dead being and seeing so much life in it. It was kind of like looking at a photo of someone that had passed on.
Everything about the place seemed so familiar, like I had spent a life time there. It was like I had memories of living there and with the dog.
Waking up from that dream was strange, and indeed I felt strange afterwords. I think its because I remember the dream so well. I hope I can dream more about his place and the dog, to see why it was so familiar.
