He had many names but the one he preferred was freedom, though in the 1920's in the deep south he was known by older names. Deal Maker, the Devil at the Crossroads, that Wolf in the Back Alley. He had power and he used it, inspired musicians and artist alike but it all lead to the same fate, their sanity and everything they've loved. He didn't care of the resulting madness as his influence over them expanded, they became tainted and mad just like he liked his victims. They craved power and now they had it and with it a hint of madness and his 'devils brand.' Just another meal in the end, though some cases were special when they went to the light. They redeemed themselves for the better, though they still had taint in their hearts.
