My Commission ToS

I decided that, while traditional sketches are easier/quicker for me to do, anything beyond that (inking and/or coloring) will bring up the price a bit. That & I also have to scan and manually adjust color/brightness settings to get things just right.

Also, as far as flat coloring goes-it makes more sense digitally than traditionally so that's why I only included digital pricing for it.
