I had forgotten, but there was a wrestler way back when by the name of Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat. It all ties together, see?
But yeah, that song? I confess I don't know exactly where it comes from, likely some game show, but I DO know that Robin Williams sang it in Mrs. Doubtfire while he was doing the improv session with the plastic dinosaurs.
Splits-Atoms-With-Rocks...that is such an epic awesome Native American name that I want to adopt it and raise it as my own. "Go forth, Splits-Atoms-With-Rocks, and fulfill the destiny of your namesake!" Or... "It is time to live up to my family name and face Full-Life Consequences!"
My favorite one-shot villian from the Batman: The Animated Series show was Clock King. He was so cool, calm, and collected, precise and calculating. He had no super abilities or cronies, but in his element, he was decidedly lethal. He was a villain with a singular objective, so he didn't appear any other time, but he had STYLE.
Although...the Tiger Tiger episode, where Catwoman became an anthro feline and Batman had to face off against Tygris, a huge cat creature, will always be my favorite episode. Why? Take a wild guess.
Ha ha ha! I never thought about Grimace that way, but you totally nailed it! "He's a Liberty Bell with legs!"
Thank you for answering my questions, it was very entertaining to listen to. :)

Gargoyles was an interesting show for a number of reasons. It started out basically simple; the gargoyles were in the past, defending humans. Then they get set in stone and revived in the future. Basically simple, right? Then you find out that Goliath's girlfriend betrayed him, the guys that own the castle now are trying to capture the gargoyles for themselves, a policewoman forms a unique bond with Goliath, and the gargoyles find a new roost.
Then things become REALLY strange. The owner of the castle hires a team to take out the gargoyles, and falls in love with Fox of the team...a fake Goliath is made with his DNA, and also other cronies as well...Macbeth is introduced, and we find out later that he is magically tied to Demona...time travel is introduced...we find out Goliath had a daughter...and somewhere along the way, Puck is introduced into the mix, and even KING ARTHUR (let me reiterate that, so that it comes out clear...KING ARTHUR, the wielder of Excalibur) makes an appearance.
Then, somehow, the gargoyles side with the owner of the castle in protecting his domain in the first place.
HUH?!?
Great show, but it lost me at times.

The music is the Melody line during the second stanza to "Gonna Fly Now" by composer Bill Conti. Written in 1976 and won an academy award for best song that year as the theme from "Rocky" with Sylvester Stalone.
Look it up in Youtube and go about 20 seconds into the song, you'll hear it plain as day.

actually, remembered it's the Elvis intro! The rocky theme is close but it's off by a couple notes. Here's the Elvis intro I'm talking about...
