Yes, I am a child of the 80s. Rainbow Brite was one of my favorites. Now, thanks to the power of Youtube, I can see the show in all it's sugary wonder again.

Hallmark had such a wonderful character in Rainbow. A girl with serious guts and determination, her lazy self-important, bossy sprite Twink and the snottiest horse in the universe, Starlite work together with the helpless Color Kids to constantly save Rainbowland from Murky Dismal. I'll admit, he's got a persistant streak to admire. but, geez, even the best villains take a break sometimes! Hehe, man I loved that show.

Sorry about this one, folks. But I've gotta get the sugary, happy nostalgia out of my system before I can be evil with it.
