Unfortunately I'm not really sure I'd be able to help with red lines. It looks mostly to me like it's because of how the arm was colored that makes it look bent awkwardly. The anatomy itself seems fine.
The fuzzy part just doesn't seem to bend right..? I'm not sure how to explain. T^T I think maybe a small change in the shading might help?
Oh, and her right as in the one on the left of the picture. I know I confuse people with that sometimes.
