Rifles, first in the field, and the last to leave!
It's an older piece, but I've been getting lots of insperation from my older pieces...

Heaven forfend you start doing art again!!!
But seriously. For whatever reason you feel you art is not up to muster (pffffHA!) you need to know-- or to be reminded-- that art like yours is far more the exception in this fandom than the rule. And you execute these pieces with such an adroit eye. You clearly do your research, and draw these entirely fictional characters from a studied perspective.
Anthropomorphics is not supposed to be just all tits, ass, cocks and pussy. It *is* kind-of sad that it has become far more about smut and Pronz than the simple enjoyment of seeing humanized badgers dressed up like Napoleonic-era field officers, or WW2 flying aces. Seeing animals that are in no way human IRL, doing all the stuff we humans do, is the bedrock appeal of Anthro. You do the fandom a service with you pieces. And don't you forget it.

Looks like the 60th rifles royal americans 1755 to 1968 the kings royal rifle corps but this looks just before Waterloo which the regiment did not fight in saddly they had more honours then any other regiment before coming the royal green jackets in 1968 to 2007 which in 2007 became the largest regiment today the rifles regiment. They did awesome in the seven year war won there first honour at Quebec in 1759 and got there first victoria cross in 1854 at balaclava won by Sargent that killed seventeen Russia's to rescued a captain the in 6th inniskilling dragoons when his horse lay dieing on top of him. That's all I know of that vc I used to being kings german legion living history group 1st light battalion of foot jagers rifles. 1808 to 1814 of course I did Waterloo 2005 07 09 10 so far. I am now doing Dublin fusiliers ww1 and 1st and 2nd boer war. I hope your well bye Danny highfield.
Much the flavor of Cornwall's Sharpe stories. Green Jacket, French Cavalry coveralls and If I remember correctly, French Boots. Wellingtons troopers and infantry became scavengers par excelance, since the QM corps was nortoriously remiss in supplying the troops actually in the field. I can really see Sharpe as a badger. Fits his personality well indeed! THE COLONEL
