The style for the upcoming "Transformers: Animated" cartoon has grown on me, much like barnacles. It's fun to draw, and over the last few weeks I've been working on this deelie off and on, in a parody of sorts on the TF:A poster. I'll freely admit a couple of the character poses I've drawn here are embarrassingly awkward, but I'm hoping it all works as a whole, more or less.

Although your version of the style is nicely subdued. I think all the new Transformers think they're Spiderman, and go for the most painfull poses they can get into!

Anyways, nice work.
For the record, in an interview with Scott McNeil, he said his favourite character in the series was Silverbolt, because he's brave, noble and (in the voice of Silverbolt) "dumb as a bag of hammers."
I've had the privalege of meeting Scott McNeil and David Kaye, who of course is the voice talent of Megatron... yes... =p
And I never realised a) Just hope much Airazor looked like Hawkwoman before...and b) just how much I stole Airazor's head design to design the head of the mecha I always doodled in high school.

Cartoon Network only gets good original shows (like "Samurai Jack." And only good because it was actually serious for a CN original show) by accident.
Though for what you are doing, emulating a style, I must say you are doing it quite well.
Rattrap I liked. His attitude and his specialty were good. He's also a great shot and rarely misses when he wants to hit something.
Waspinator and Inferno were my favorite baddies, while Cheetor and Rattrap were my favorite good guys. ;3
So sad that Inferno coulda' been a good guy if it weren't for the Predacons. ^^;

it's pretty funny to hear him talk about it, he just sits there making up excuses when we're trying to say we liked the show.
apparently the studio was getting the later episodes of reboot done alot faster than when they started so they tried to fill that time up with another show.

my bro managed to collect every transformer out of that series including the ones that never made it to the screen :P
Personally I liked the metal variant of the beast wars transformers most, the original and the other variants simply felt not really like the transformers to me.
What can I say, I'm a sucker for good TF references. Well, that was just a bonus. Your strip is hilarious besides. :3
