This was a commissioned prize for a contest for a comic by 
Taharon's comic Wonderbolts. This is one of the Wonderbolts, her fan name is "Surprise!" I really enjoyed giving one of the Wonderbolts a go, I really wanted to include one of them in my group photo but I got tired after about 30 ponies XD It happens. I hope some lucky fan is happy with it!
