It's a parody of Mig-29 Fighting Fulcrum patch.

these patches made by automatic embroidery machine.
this one use dark blue canvas cloth. (4 inches)

I wouldn't mind if you're feeling generous. I have a friend with an embroidery machine but I don't know if there's a standard format for those or what.

Depend on what's your machine prefer format if it's come with it's own software.
but every embroidery software can covert raster and vector files (PNG and AI work best) into embroidery format.
