P.A: 0354 or other wise labeled "Skyggen" (SHY-gen) ("The shadow" in Norwegian) was first sighted in 1923 and then in 1963 documented and filed by the CIA when the swedish Government called upon the United States for assistance on the issue.
It started back in September 22, 1963 just outside of Stockholm, Sweden. A widow who lived in Norway recently ( age 64) was noticing her pets ( 5 dogs, and 3 cats) sleeping habits were out of the ordinary when they weren't present in the house as much as before. She went down in the basement where most of the animals slept on blankets and small beds, she was startled by what she discovered and promptly retreated back upstairs.
She found a figure she described to the local Swedish law enforcement as "The shadow" AKA "Skyggen". The Police or "Polis" were rather confused about the call with the of mixing Norwegian and Swedish together in her speech, but they responded to it anyways. Upon arrival to the household they were quickly rushed to the basement by the owner, they soon made the same discovery, drawling their weapons feeling threaten but not a shot was fired, they retreated as the widow did. The Swedish government was next to take the matter into their hands, they didn't have much luck in understanding her, they gather very little information.
-Not Hostile
-No communication
-Unknown if intelligent
They contacted the United States on the matter for knowing they are much more exiled in paranormal anomalies. The CIA responded and a team of 5 where shuttled out to the location. 3 Scientist and 2 operatives made up the team, they quickly got to work once they arrived and got permission from the house owner to set up shop in the basement, the house owner was requested to not share any information as to what was going on, nor to not leave the house in the given time. "Skyggen" never seem to leave the basement.
They gathered much information on P.A: 0354, or Paranormal Anomaly: 0354. The CIA listed her origin as completely unknown, she was found to be non-hostile as described. She took the figure of a female anthropomorphic vixen, she was solid black, seeming to absorb light. She had a pair of eyes which pupils varied over the 6 days of study, She also possessed a grin which most likely frighted the previous discoverers. One of the operatives decided to do some digging around for anymore evidence of her presence around Stockholm. He happen to come across a book in a local library titled "Spöke" Or "Ghost" in Swedish. The book contained over 300 entires of ghost stories and descriptions dating back to 1805. One of the entries in the book matched "Skyggen's" description dated back in 1923, "a shadow figure holding the form of a female human with a canine head....Glowing white eyes and a grin of sharp canines...". 0354 has obvious been around for a long time he concluded.
Into further study they noticed she had an attraction to delta waves, which are produced by a sleeping brain, when the pets were sleeping in the basement (She had some kind of effect aiding to the sleeping to make them rest for abnormal amounts of time) she would hover over them and stare at them for long periods of time and even in some cases pet them. She didn't keep still forever but when the scientist decided to back up this hypothesis with a radio emitting delta waves they confirmed she had some kind of need for them when she approached it and held the device in her hands until shut off. The scientist noted that they were some what exhausted in her presence, tired and demanding sleep even when fully rested. A scientist requested a test out of one of the operatives. The scientist asked if he could place a hand on "Skyggen" for experimentation, he nodded to the idea given she wasn't really posing any kind of threat thus far. When the CIA operative placed his hand on her, her stomach/ torso area, she was extremely soft, and very cold he described to the scientist which was busy taking notes. The operative soon was nodding off mumbling his last words before falling asleep on her rather quickly, The scientist quickly made another conclusive discovery.
On the 6th day of study she seemed to have vanished from the basement, the crew of five was completely lost of where she might of gone. They gather up what documentation they made, blacked out what wasn't too important, and filed the the subject given she was lost. The CIA kept track of where she might of gone, Sightings started popping up throughout Sweden the following years to present day. The CIA was never granted another foot hold to learn more about 0345 for she was moving around at a nearly impossible to track trail, and even disappearing for a couple of years. They still have her on file to this day, and still get small sighting reports of her every few months or so.
