I know it isn't exactly FurAffinity material, but most of the people I watch for art post here, so bear with me.

The character is Elliot. He runs a junk store on a slum city on a terraformed oceanic moon. He just wants to make an honest living, since he's a pretty traditional guy, but gets shaken down for protection money by local goons every couple of weeks, which makes it pretty difficult. He's 82. He has a cataract in one eye that will not heal, and he refuses to get his eye replaced with a cybernetic one. His wife is dead, and her death caused him to have terrible headaches, which reluctantly made him decide to get a painkiller injector on his neck.

Lots of other stuff that I don't feel like typing out. Also I know it could use some work. I see all the mistakes too.
