A master assassin; highly regarded for his clean kills, he swiftly takes out his opponents with his deadly accuracy and special pistol called the Vermiculus. Using this special firearm, he is able to pull off spetacular and complex attacks in what can only be described as a "deadly lightshow". Calculating and virtually unfeeling towards others, he is one of the top Fire Stylists of his time.

Bio: Denki grew up in the lower section of the Belview Isles with his father, and older brother. Denki never learned of his mother. She died giving birth to him. Nevertheless, he recieved her wish and grew up with a warm heart. However, this would change as one day, his brother drowned during a hurricane that devastated the islands. Denki saw this firsthand, being unable to save him. Seeking to get off the island for his last son's sake, his father moved him to Hāto City in the mainland. His father soon fell into debt with the local bosses, was killed, and Denki was taken and trained in the art of assassination after the lead boss, Bosu Zassō, took a shine to Denki's protective nature over his father's corpse. Denki learned... fast and not only mastered the art of assassination, but turned on the boss; effectively taking over Bosu's drug empire in a one-man coup de tat. Denki enjoyed his new life as a drug lord and took the city by storm, and soon branched out to Sail City itself. This gained the attention of a certain hero cloaked in blue lightning and his empire was shattered soon after his defeat at the hand of said hero. Denki escaped hid away underground for years; his name becoming something of legend in the Black Market. Sometime in his self-imposed exile, he met a villain named Sonus Bramble and joins him in hopes of meeting his foil from years past.
Like the blue hero, he specializes in a higher form of Fire Sylist techinques known as Lightning.

Power: Vibration and Negative Electricity Charging/Release
Denki's body is negatively chargd with energy. He draws on positive static in the earth and discharges it all through the Vermiculus. He can also use his palms to discharge, but it is inaccurate and takes more energy and time to execute. Denki uses his negative electricity to charge his muscle movement, speeding himself up to run at a sub-sonic speed about exactly the speed of sound on his best day. He's not into attacking directly, but using the enviroment to trip up an opponent. His intellect is relatively high and will use indirect attacks often. Do not take his statements about his power lightly; he never makes a bluff he cannot back up.

Kyōfu's Crimson Bolt: Charge with the earth's positive electricity and fire it with the Vermiculus's Cannon Mode. (Can hit over a two mile radius)
