There is no free lunch. The female mouse is Ketra Viktov a former USAF pilot and now commercial aviator and airshow performer/ air racer. She runs a company called Flight of Fancy along with Otter partner and former US Navy Aviation Technican Nathan Marsh. When the Dot-com craze was going strong it was not hard Ketra and Nathan to find work since lots of companies were pumping money into all kinds of over the top promotion stuff. With bust things got a bit tighter and they had to look to new venues for money. One ended up being ekranoplan racing which Ketra was not really stoked about but it payed the bills and a few other things. They are currently racing for Mermaid Marine which is an maritime electronic company that is owned by a larger aerospace firm. One thing thing that Ketra has had a really hard time swallowing though was the whole marketing thing. Especially when they decided that since was female she'd be perfect for publicity photos for advertising, and of course with a name like Mermaid Marine some marketing guy got the idea....well you know where this is going. Also, I couldn't help but give Petina a little cameo at the end.
