There's something about this GIF that makes it screw up whenever you try to optimize and save it. I see you edited and of course, had to save in the process. Now look at the ear on the left when he returns to writing on the page after thinking. That wasn't there before was it?
It took me 10+ saves before I finally solved the issue by editing it manually in GIMP.
