So after kidnapping Rosemary the telephone operator (so the police would never be able to stop him) and Sweet Polly Purebred (So the news media for the city would come to a complete halt) Simon Barsinister is planning some evil scheme (which obviously involves him saying "Simon sez" a few times) and only the team of Hong Kong Feoey, Underdog and Super Chicken can save the day?

Is it bad that that pic caused be to remember the entire theme song for Superchicken:
